The Selection Process

Applications for vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis. The earlier you apply, the higher your chances of acceptance! Each product category will have a limited number of slots to ensure a diversity of products. Once you apply to be a vendor, we will contact you within 72 hours to let you know if you have been accepted.

Once accepted, you have one week to pay the vendor fee, or your spot will be given away. If the application form is live, we will still be accepting vendors!

How do we promote our markets?

We use guerilla marketing tactics to get the word out. Our most significant expense is always marketing, and it’s not even close. We work with a number of local blogs, radio stations, influencers, social media platforms and print advertising and have tens of millions of impressions on our advertising content!

Early Bird One Weekend: $900 $750
Early Bird All Three Weekends: $2600 $2150 

*Apply by May 20th to qualify for early bird pricing. Taxes not included

What’s Included:

  • 8x8 Booth Space: Ample room for showcasing your products.

  • Included Parking: Each vendor will receive an included parking spot.

  • Furniture: Each booth will have a 6-foot table and two chairs.

  • Electrical Access: As many outlets as you’d like!

  • Refreshments: Enjoy coffee and snacks provided exclusively for vendors.

  • Visibility: We market our events to absurd levels.

P.S. It’s all indoors, so there is no need to worry about the rain.

  • Each vendor fee includes an 8x8 booth space, 1 table, 2 chairs, a parking spot and electrical access!

  • You will be able to get full refund up to 90 days before the market. After which, you can receive a 50% refund until 28 days before the market and then no refund is possible.

    If, for an reason, the market is cancelled, vendor will receive a full refund.

  • Yes! Please select the weekend(s) that you would like to be a vendor and we will let you know which weekends you are selected for. We do want the majority of vendors to be different each weekend.

  • Yes, we welcome vendors to share booths at our markets! If you decide to share a space, we'll regard you and your booth partner as one single vendor. Please submit just one application for the both of you, and we will charge you a single vendor fee. As for the payments, it would be up to you and your partner to manage and organize them amongst yourselves.

  • Yes, we will be limiting the number of each category of vendor to ensure there are a wide variety of products.
